Request an Elluminate Classroom Session

NOTE: You must first have an account created in order to schedule a session.
Appalachian Elluminate session names are all preceded by “ASU_”

You will receive an email from Mary Beth McKee (mckeemb@appstate.edu) confirming your session creation. The email will contain the login URL for the session Moderator, as well as the student/participant login URL for the Moderator to email or post in the online course. All sessions are also directly accessible (for both Moderators and Participants) from the Elluminate public calendar at http://elm.elluminate.com/HOSTEDUNC/

Please Note: Both you and your students may need practice sessions within the interface. You will also want to send specific instructions to your student for signing on to the URL. They should be advised to sign on about 15 - 20 minutes prior to the actual broadcast time so they can run the set up wizard and check their audio connections.
