If you haven't submitted an assignment in AsULearn before, first take a look at the instructions for Uploading Assignments in AsULearn.
Advance uploading of files assignment allows you to upload one or more files in any digital formats such as Word processed documents, images, a zipped web site, or anything you ask them to submit. It allows you to submit multiple files as a draft, but you must manually finalize the last submission.
Once you have uploaded the file, you will see the file name in the 'Submission draft' area. Details of features on the screen are following.

- File type indication:
It shows the icon of the file type. In this example it is a Microsoft Word document.
- Download or open the file:
Clicking on the file name will allow you to download or open the file depending on how your computer is configured.
- Delete the file:
Clicking this will allow you to delete the file. If you wish to change the file you have uploaded first download the existing file to your computer then click the red X to delete the existing file from the submission draft area. Then follow the same procedure to upload as you did for the original file.
- Add notes to an instructor:
You may have the 'Notes' section if an instructor turns this area on. It is where you can leave notes or comments for an instructor. To enter notes, click the 'Edit' button.
- Finalize and submit the assignment to an instructor:
When you click the "Send for marking" button, it will show the message telling that no farther changes can be made to this assignment.

Click "Yes" if you are sure that you are done with all of the assignment. If not, click "No" and go back to change what you need.
