Mark Suggs
Mark has been in the desktop publishing industry since its boom in the mid-1980s. His extensive experience with applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PageMaker, InDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator has earned him "power user" status. Other applications that swallow up his free time include Adobe Premiere and After Effects (video editing), Visual Basic, CoolEditPro (sound editing), and Scrabulous.
In the past two decades Mark has been employed as a marketing designer, a software interface designer, a technical writer, a copy editor, a teacher-trainer-instructor (including the ASU English department), and has run his graphics design studio abiGRAPHICS both full time and part time. You may even have seen him on stage in any of the Blowing Rock Stage Company/Rocket Players productions he has appeared in.
In 2008 Mark qualified as a Microsoft Certified Applications Specialist for Office 2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); in 2009, MCAS for Access 2007, and CompTIA Certified Technology Trainer (CTT+).
