Jeff Church
Jeff Church is the Instructional Technology Consultant for Learning Technology Services. His primary responsibility is to help faculty integrate technology into teaching and learning. Over the past seven years, Jeff has conducted many well-received workshops for the Hubbard Center on the effective use of the Internet and World Wide Web in current curriculum. In this position, he will be conducting workshops as well as working directly with individual faculty members on Internet usage and other instructional technology.
Jeff holds a B.S. and an M.A. in Technology from Appalachian State University, and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from East Tennessee State University. Previously, Jeff was a technical representative for Apple Computers, and taught for seven years in Appalachian's Department of Technology and the last six years for Freshman Seminar. He has been incorporating the use of the Internet and World Wide Web into his own courses since 1994.
